MEET OUR TEAM

Sadie Creason

Hello! I'm Sadie Creason, a proud native of Terre Haute, with a unique twist—I was born in the vibrant city of Mexico City. Which blessed me with the gift of dual citizenship. Raised on a local farm, my father's teachings on hard work and determination became the cornerstone of my values.

Guided by the unwavering support of my mother, I grew up believing in the power of perseverance. Thanks to her, I became bilingual early on—a skill that not only opened doors but also shaped my perspective in countless ways.

My academic journey led me to Indiana State University, where I earned my BA in Public Relations Communications. Fueled by a passion for leadership, I continued my education with a Master of Leadership Development from Saint Mary-of-The-Woods.

With over 16 years dedicated to serving the Federal Government, I honed my skills and developed a forward-thinking approach to new ideas and solutions. Transitioning from federal service, I embraced a role at The Terre Haute Chamber of Commerce, where I continue to explore innovative paths and a larger passion for our community.

When I am not working, you'll often find me immersed in family time with our daughters. We enjoy being outdoors, exploring new places, and cherishing the simple joys of life.

Join me on this journey of continuous growth, fueled by hard work and a commitment to making a positive impact. Together, let's explore the limitless possibilities that lie ahead.

Thank you for being a part of my story.

Clayton Creason

I'm Clayton Creason—husband, father of three beautiful daughters, engineer, maintenance manager, Terre Haute native, and proud Vice President of Satori Construction.

A 2003 graduate of Purdue University with a BS in Mechanical Engineering Technology, my journey into construction began during my summers at Purdue. Working in residential and commercial construction, I acquired lifelong skills and developed a lasting passion for the industry that continues to drive me today.

Immediately after graduation, I entered the professional arena as a Process Engineer in the automotive industry. In 2007, I transitioned to the utility sector, joining Duke Energy. Over my 10-year tenure, I held various engineering and leadership roles, gaining extensive experience in contractor and project management.

In 2017, I took on the role of Consultant Reliability Engineer at Eli Lilly until 2020. That year marked a new chapter as I became the Plant Maintenance Manager with Amcor, where I continue to contribute today. My educational background in mechanical engineering, combined with a deep interest in hands-on work, has sustained my enthusiasm for construction throughout my career.

Beyond my professional endeavors, I've partnered with my wife, Sadie Creason, as the General Contractor in the construction of our past and current home. The challenges of such projects bring me great satisfaction, and the feelings of success and accomplishment after completion are truly rewarding.

Holder of OSHA 30 certification in Construction and General Industry and a former Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) through the American Welding Society, I'm also a proud member of the Leadership Wabash Valley Graduate Class XXXIV.

Outside of work, you'll find me enjoying time with my family, exploring new places, hunting, fishing, and engaging in various outdoor activities.

Thank you for being a part of my professional journey and the exciting ventures at Satori Construction!
